At Klutch Kosmo | KlutchKORE™ | K2™, all products are created in small batches, fresh, and intended for personal cosmetic use.

For product safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns.

All Sales Are Final

Because our items are beauty, skincare, and personal-use products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• leaking
• incorrect

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of:

1. the product
2. the packaging
3. the shipping label

We will gladly:

• replace the item OR
• issue store credit

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once the order is marked as processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
