Shipping Policy
Klutch Kosmo® and Klutch KORE™ are committed to delivering your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ESTmay begin processing on the next business day. During new launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, while expedited shipping (when available) usually arrives within 2–3 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received the package. Klutch Kosmo® currently ships within the United States, including U.S. territories. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Klutch Kosmo® is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Klutch Kosmo® is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If your tracking indicates a delivery problem, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the quickest resolution. Our team is happy to assist where possible.
